Program Description
Polk County Reproductive Health Services provides confidential, cost
effective, basic reproductive health services to both female and male
clients. Our program strives to reduce unintended pregnancy and sexually
transmitted infections, and to promote early identification of
pregnancy. Goals

Promote pre-conceptional
health (including planned and prepared for pregnancy, and pregnancy
spacing)

Facilitate safe,
effective and successful contraception

Maintain reproductive
health

Protect fertility
(including STD prevention, testing and treatment)

Reduce risks to future
pregnancy

Promote early
pregnancy confirmation and early identification of pregnancy-related
risks

Encourage early
pregnancy related care

Cost
Sliding Fee Scale based on
income. Family Planning Waiver if qualify. As of May 1, 2010, Family
Planning Waiver
